This short-lived series is proof you can’t stretch ‘How you doin’?’ to last 22-24 minutes. As much as we loved Joey on Friends, he worked best as part of an ensemble. It just felt weird watching him without the others. It might have helped if the series was actually funny, or if the other characters were remotely interesting. But to be fair, what we’ve seen of Episodes looks absolutely stellar. 2011 could be the year Matt Le Blanc redeems himself in our eyes.
