Sarah Michelle Gellar returns to soap that made her famous

Sarah Michelle Gellar will return to the daytime soap that made her famous as a teenager, the recently-cancelled All My Children.

"I called up the casting director and told her I wanted to do something," Gellar said, "that I want to be a part of [the final episodes]."

All we know is, she won't be reprising the character she originated, Kendall.

Since All My Children isn't that well-known on our shores, we thought we'd dig out some truly vintage SMG footage from her stint in the mid-nineties to give you a taste.
