Julia Morris' husband Dan Thomas has had a mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer just a few days before Christmas.
"Dan was diagnosed with breast cancer Dec[ember] 21 and had a mastectomy," the House Husbands actress tweeted yesterday.
"He is recovering well."
The Aussie comedian added that she "owes Dan's life to early detection".
"Check your breasts and don't f--- around if anything seems weird, " the actress warned her Twitter followers.
"Dan doesn't need chemo or radio[therapy]."
The couple have been married for seven years today and have two children together — three-year-old Sophie and five-year-old Ruby.
