Ray, a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, was rushed to hospital when he fractured his penis while having sex with his girlfriend on holiday in Malaysia earlier this month.
Accidentally launching his girlfriend a tad too high, Ray found his manhood "crunched" when she landed, TMZ reports. Ouch!
Judging by his graphic description in a video posted on his website, it hurt more than any of us can imagine (see above — you've been warned).
With blood shooting from his groin, Ray passed out, hitting his mouth and chipping his teeth.
He was rushed to hospital, and received emergency surgery to repair the "slight tear" in his urinary tube.
Ray spent five days in hospital, and paid $6000 for the surgery.
"The worst part of this has been the fact that literally everyone who works in the hospital has come in asking to see my shaft out of curiosity," Ray wrote on an MMA website.
"Guess in a Muslim country this type of accident isn't as frequent as you would suspect."
"As I googled this online, a lot of guys get to the point where there is no repair, because they're embarrassed, they don't go to emergency room right away," he said.
"I want to thank my girl, we handled the situation the best that we could given the outcome. Doctor expects a full recovery — basically said the side that got torn is the opposite side of the vein that supplies the blood.
"So, really, lesson learned — keeping it safe during sex isn't just wearing a condom."
Ray told an MMA website that he has to take "anti-erection pills" for two weeks.
He also said that his girlfriend has promised to make it up to him with "a threesome of my choice when we get to the Philippines … which usually has some solid talent".
Get well soon, Ray. Maybe lay off the sex for a bit?
