On last night’s episode of The Houstons, Bobbi Kristina met with her mother’s former music director, Ricky Minor, about fine-tuning her talent.
When Ricky urged her to sing a few lines from the Whitney hit ‘I’m Your Baby Tonight’ on camera, the 19-year-old looked anxious.
"Not only does he want me to sing, but he wants me to sing one of my mum's songs?” Bobbi said of the event. “S---! Talk about pressure!"
Bobbi tried to get out of the performance, complaining of congestion caused by smoking cigarettes. "Yeah, you gotta stop that too," Ricky scolded.
After finally singing a few lines from the song, Ricky interrupted her.
"You do have a raspy voice and a nice tone. Now it's a matter of doing the work," he said.
