The 19-year-old maintained her dignity as the famous-chinned host talked to her barely covered, microphone-chipped breasts. Seriously, watch the footage above and note the lack of eye contact.
Miley spoke of her engagement to Aussie Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, and revealed that she too has thrown up on stage like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga (albeit, in a bucket held by her mum out of sight of fans).
But the funniest revelation came when Miley chatted about her upcoming guest-starring role as Southern girl Missi on Two and a Half Men. Her character is a love interest for the "half" man of the show, 19-year-old Angus T Jones (he's 19? Talk about growing up fast!).
"It was kind of weird. Because when I'm doing it the prop guys and all these people, they're like, 'Do you have your [engagement] ring on?' And I'm like, 'Ugh. This feels weird', like taking off my ring to make out with Angus," Miley confessed.
"It's creepy, it kind of felt a little weird at first."

In other Miley news, she and fiancé Liam got matching tattoos quoting a 1910 speech by former US President Theodore Roosevelt.
"So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat," reads Miley's tatt.
"If he fails, at least fails while daring greatly," reads Liam's ink.
