'At each other's throats': Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey 'feud' on American Idol

It's only been two days, but new American Idol judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj are reportedly "already at each other's throats".

Mariah, who signed on thinking she would be the only diva on the panel, isn't pleased about the last-minute addition of the rapping pop star.

According to TMZ, Mariah hung up on producers when they called to let her know she'd be sharing the spotlight with Nicki, and during filming, she's taken to frequently interrupting the rapper during her critiques.

When asked about their burgeoning feud, Mariah laughed it off, telling the Daily News America, "There's been a feud in two days?"

"A feud takes a little longer."

Asked the same question, Nicki "simply mumbled something inaudible".

All the while, we can't help but feel for Keith Urban. The poor guy has to sit between them!
