Strewth! Home and Away stalwart Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher) is renowned for his flamin' temper, but the much-loved larrikin has a secret dark side that's definitely not acceptable for the primetime slot.
Well, only in the unauthorised, politically incorrect parody videos that have gone viral thanks to lip-dubbing by Youtube user "Mr Doodleburger" (real name not known).
In these foul-mouthed clips, Alf apparently has a "rape dungeon" and drops C-bombs like there's no tomorrow.
But the success of these warped clips is transcending its online fame the Sydney Underground Film Festival is screening Summer Bay Slaughter Part One, The Dungeon and Alf Stewart at the Logies at The Factory Theatre in Marrickville on September 8.
Given that the clips are satirical, not even Gold Logie winner Ray or the Seven Network can stop the swear-fests from screening at the festival.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Mr Doodleburger's videos have amassed more than 5.4 million streams and there's no signs of stopping angry Alf anytime yet.
Mr Doodleburger, who will answer questions at the screening, told SMH his clips are not intended to be serious.
"It's just mucking around with mates to have a laugh at," Mr D said. "I just posted it to a couple of mates and somehow it went viral."
In March 2010, the Facebook group "Alf Stewart Rape Dungeon" sparked outrage when 10,000 people liked the page. Now, a number of smaller groups appear on Facebook in its place.
Other Alf Stewart clips include slurs against gay people, women, refugees and immigrants. But are they simply Chris Lilley-style, button-pushing jabs or something more serious? Vote below.
