Watch: Carrie Bickmore accidentally reports on 'C---as Airlines' in on-air blooper

Everybody who remembers her from Rove knows Carrie Bickmore has perfect comic timing. Well, on last night's The Project, she got laughs for all the wrong reasons.

During a story about competitive airfares, Carrie mispronounced "Qantas". She mispronounced it badly. Like, C-word badly.

She was quick to correct her error, but that didn't stop co-hosts Charlie Pickering and Dave Hughes from pouncing on the mistake.

"That web address you'll need is YouTube.com," Charlie deadpanned, encouraging viewers to visit the video website to check out Carrie's blooper.

Now, there are two things Carrie Bickmore's on-air blooper reminded us — one, that it's very easy to turn Qantas into a rude word, and two, that unintentional gaffes in the middle of otherwise serious news broadcasts can be hilarious.
