The Shire's Vernesa injured in shopping centre knife attack

The beautician was treated for cuts and bruises today after witnesses saw a fight break out between a group of girls, with shouts of "she's got a knife!".

A friend wrote on Facebook that Vernesa sustained "knife wounds requiring stitches".

Vernesa's friend Sophie was also present, but was unharmed.

Police are investigating the incident, which is believed to have been related to a "personal vendetta" held by former friends of the reality stars.
