Former Neighbours and Australian Idol heart-throb Dean Geyer has started filming his new role on Glee, and here are the first pictures of the 26-year-old on the New York set.
Playing "handsome upperclassman" Brody Weston, Dean gets to woo Lea Michele, who plays Rachel Berry, at their Manhattan drama school.
The pair look convincingly smitten in the pictures below. Could this be the birth of a new Glee power couple "Brochel"?
Perhaps, but Glee creator Ryan Murphy tweeted on Friday that "Finchel" (Rachel and Finn) are not over in season four, despite breaking up in the season three final.
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder," Ryan tweeted.
"#stayawaybrody!" he later added, referring to Dean's character.
Leave it to an Aussie hunk to ruffle some feathers.
But it's all just for the cameras: in real life, Lea is seeing on-screen beau Corey Monteith, while Dean is dating American actress Jillian Murray.
