Sneak peek: Lady Gaga is 'a bit of s---' on The Simpsons

Lady Gaga is used to being animated, but not in this way.

Wearing no less than 18 different outfits including her famous meat dress and firework bra, the 'Born This Way' hit-maker takes over Springfield for the upcoming Simpsons season finale.

Gaga commented on her guest appearance, saying, "I play a bit of a s---. The apple doesn't fall far from my artistic tree."

"I would say this is one of the coolest thing's I've ever done. My dad's probably going to do 80 backflips when the episode comes out."

In the episode, Gaga tries to help make Lisa feel less like an outsider, and somehow ends up making out with Marge.

Gaga joins an elite group of musicians like Michael Jackson, U2 and Johnny Cash who've guest-starred on the long-running show, now in its 23rd season (see our gallery of guest stars below).

Speaking of The Simpsons and music, check out this amazing vocal cover of the show's theme song by YouTube dude Nick McKaig. It's even been picked up for the end credits of episode 15 of season 23.
